- Communication with landlords, listing agents, or property managers.
- Support through application, approval, and lease signing.
Package: $995 flat fee
Retainer: $500 non-refundable professional services retainer due when
the tenant representation agreement is signed
Balance: $495 due only when a lease is signed.
AN INITIAL CONSULTATION CALL AT NO COST OR OBLIGATION IS REQUIRED.
This service is best suited for clients with a monthly rental budget of $1,800 or more who are ready to move within the next 30–90 days, prepared to provide the necessary rental application documents, and seeking smoke-free rental housing and properties where household pets are not part of the rental search, except for legally accommodated assistance animals.
The retainer is for professional rental search representation and is not an application fee, credit report fee, background check fee, security deposit, or payment to any landlord.
